El Pollo Loco

This alpollo loco has been here for as long as I can remember. 20 years plus that's a testament to how long it's been there. It is what it is. They have what you expect. And they deliver. Can be busy at times. Weights can be long.

A few homeless constantly going in and out of restaurant. All gathered at one table but not eating.

The family eight piece meal with three big sides....plus!...added another eight (8) piece using coupon. Delicious and hot!

El Poll Loco makes a better chix tortilla soup than most major restaurants!!!Their carnitas tacos also a big step above flavorwise than any drive thru.Their round chix quesadillas a great tasty snack!!

Place stinks , could not stay and eat inside.

First time back in months. Stopped going because something wrong on every order. I order thru the app. Today I ordered new Shredded Chicken Cheese Bowl. It does not come with sour cream or cabbage, but they put it in there. Looked disgusting. I asked them to fix and the lady in the kitchen actually argued to everyone that's how it comes. They made a new one still had the cabbage in the melted cheese and bean liquiid. So gross I didn't eat it. It's how this location goes. They blame you for the order being wrong. No mas.

Very easy location and excellent service with restroom inside and clean restaurant five star plus.

Nasty food, can’t believe I paid all this money for old chicken and gross Mac and cheese
