Food was delicious.... customer service was excellent

The worst el pollo loco experience ever. Went in drivethru. Ordered Chicken burrito and chicken tostado salad. The chicken in both was so disgusting! Burnt and dry. Had to remove it from the food! Ih course I’m not going to return it as I live 8 miles away. This is only option!! Don’t waste you time at this one. Last time I will!! $20 lunch that was total trash.

Sign says open till 10, and the workers completely ignored me at 9:30
