Joshua V did an amazing customer service not only to me but to the rest of us eating in the restaurant. He was very cordial and attentive to our needs.
Last night both me and my fiancé got food poisoning it was the chicken. The quality of food here is bad .

Went in there today to order a "double chicken tostada" and got 5 small pieces of chicken on top. It was super watery and had the smallest portions of rice and beans. Then I ordered churros and there was NO sugar on them and they were so old and stale. I went to fill up my drink and 4 out of the 7 drinks were empty. Needless to say, this El Pollo Loco has gone DOWNHILL so bad. The manager is very weird; as she didn't know how to check a gift card balance!?!!? This place will NOT be getting my service anymore. They don't have any customer service skills at all.
Very disappointed that my el pollo loco rewards app doesn't work with my phone anymore because they upgrade their app and I can't download it to my phone and lost all my rewards that I had
The stuff is very helpful and very patient and are ordering process and very accommodating when it came to getting our food.
