My experience with fast food places have not been good recently but I stopped here this morning for the first time. The staff here was amazing and so friendly. Thank you for the great customer service from the guy that took my order and was patient with me, to the two employees that came to the window to take my payment and give me my food! Outstanding customer service!

Poppy seed bagels hardly have any Poppy seeds on them (see pic). It's like I'm eating a plain bagel. I didn't pay extra for Poppy seed just to eat a plain bagel. This has been a problem for some time now.

Einstein you were are fav, but honestly the bagels are dull and the morning blend coffee was tepid. But worse, why don’t you clean your building? Moving on… 3-26-24 Nothing has changed
