I’m not sure if the employees simply do not care but I have never received my accurate order from this location. Uber Eats or in person. I received two (wrong) unwrapped bagels thrown in a takeout bag once??? Not sure how or why they continue to mess up bagels but one of the most discouraging ways to start your mornings is at this location.

I’ve been to this bagel place several times the young lady Antoinette is great she has the best customer service skills you need more employees like her.

Severely understaffed. Waited almost an hour for 2 breakfast items. Totally unacceptable. They should advise customers of the wait time before we place order. Would have went somewhere else.
