Einstein Bros. Bagels

**Back to this location for a baker’s dozen blueberry bagels and while they could only sell us a half dozen, the manager threw in a free cream cheese for our troubles. Excellent customer service as usual and we understand that they have to hold back some for other customers. We were just going to freeze some anyway. We understand and we will return! First time visiting this location and it was a fantastic experience. I ordered the baker’s dozen with 2 cream cheeses. I’ve been buying bagels from Einstein for years and have never had my order packed so well. The 2 onion ones were placed separately in their own bag in the box. The rest were very neatly and well packed. They even offered freezer bags. At other locations, I’ve received bagels simply tossed inside or stacked but never so carefully. I felt very valued as a customer. See you again the next time I’m in Austin!

Staff can be little friendly. In brief they seem to be rude.

Quick service and tasty cream cheese shmears!

Getting to non breakfast bagels took a while. But I guess for that time of morning with classes starting across at UT, it’s expected to take a bit. Parking: It’s downtown, you have to pay for parking practically everywhere

Bagels were not super fresh today. None of us enjoyed eating them.

I quite literally don’t understand the point of having a phone number listed if you are NEVER going to answer it. I have tried for multiple days, across a two-week period, throughout different times of the day to speak to the staff at this restaurant and not once has my phone call been answered. I understand if your restaurant staff is busy with orders every now and then, but how is not even one person has been able to pick up the phone? It’s absolutely ridiculous. If you are looking to place a catering order and want any freedom with customization, unfortunately Einstein bros will not be able to accommodate. If only there were more options for bagels in the West Campus area.

I ordered from this location the food wad terrible. The bagels were doughty and cold. The eggs were cold and disgusting . Serious waste of money. Uber eats contributed to this bad review with delay in delivery of food. The food service was poor and this location is nasty. Stay away very dissatisfied !!!
