I wish I could give this store NO stars. They didn't do the order correctly. My husband paid $105 for the basket, $12 extra for dipped pineapples, $15 extra for more ballons. The driver wasn't nice and took 25-30 minutes to find my place, wasn't very cold and the chocolate was sweating alot already, and wasn't delivered on the original date they promised. They didn't make the arrangement how it was suppose to be made. Then when I called to place a complaint the manager was very rude. I have been through lots of chemotherapy and my brain doesn't always work right. So when I got the email wrong Cristina the manager I believe. Started talking to me like a child and told me to listen up. I said you don't need to talk to me like a child because I'm not. She said obviously you are because your not listening. It's so frustrating because you pay alot of money for these and to get treated like that isn't fair.
Too bad I had to give this place 1 star - they deserve 0. My sister sent me a box of chocolate covered strawberries. When the deliver guy came, he called me instead of going to my door. I didn't answer the call because I didn't recognize the number. In a minute, my sister sent me a text asking if I had just received a delivery. I looked at my front porch and nothing. I told her that my phone had rang and maybe that was them. I called the number back and a very RUDE guy said HELLO in a very rude tone of voice. I said that I had missed this call and before I could say anything else, he said - WHO IS THIS again in a very rude voice. I said you must have dialed wrong and I hung up. My sister had received notification that it had been delivered when it had not. She called the store and they said it would be re-delivered in an hour. Two hours later, the new delivery lady called and I answered the phone and then went to the door to receive the delivery. After dinner I was eating a chocolate covered strawberry and when I pulled it from my mouth there was a HAIR in it that got stuck in my teeth, I thought I was going to throw up. Tried to call the corporate office to complain and of course you cannot talk to a real person. Their customer service ranks right up there with the actual store customer service which is "0".
I ordered a Thank you bouquet from a picture on the internet. It had thank you spelled out in pineapple letters. I also asked for smiley faces on my dipped strawberries. What I got was an ordinary bouquet in a container that said "thank you". No smiley faces on my berries. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I ordered a fruit basket for my son, his wife and our grandkids to cheer them up after having endured a fire and evacuation in their apartment complex yesterday. I placed the order today (2/24) at 11:30 AM and it was delivered by 2 PM for them to enjoy. Thank you for the prompt service and delicious fruit , everyone loved it! It was just what they needed to pick up their spirits. Will order from Edible Arrangements again.
Unfortunately I can't score it a ZERO!!!!!! Worst service I have EVER had!!!!! I ordered a Get Well Cupcake Bundle and when the person was still in the hospital and not at home, they told his wife that she would have to come and pick it up. Well that was just the beginning!! She was not going to leave her husband at the hospital to go pick it up which is understandable. I never heard from the store as to whether is was delivered or not. I presumed that it was. Then three days later I find out it wasn't!!! When I called to see about that, I was told that it would then be delivered that day. About a half hour later I had the driver call and argue with me and refuse to deliver it!!! I asked for the manager and was told she would call me. I never heard from the manager. Then the next day I called and spoke with the manager and was told that the driver refused to deliver it. I was then told that I should call the regional manager and let her know. I am not sure why I should have to do all this. So I called the regional manager and she told me that they could not deliver it until Thursday. I was told it would be delivered then. Well now it is Friday and still not delivered. I have now asked for a refund and I am skeptical that I will get that when she said. On top of all this, I was also charged an additional $10.83 three days after I made the original order. I called the store and they had no idea about that. I was told to call customer service and that took about an hour to get it all figured out. I can honestly say that I have never had such an awful experience with a company. I will NEVER order from Edible Arrangements again!!!!!!!!
I ordered the Valentine's Day Sweetheart Platter that included the balloons bundle. On the web, the bundle looked really nice but I was surprised to see the bundle when it arrived home. I should have taken pictures but the platter did not come with any grapes as shown on pictures. Further, it look like they ran out of strawberries because it seem they could have added more. I think it probably looked that way because it came with no grapes. Pretty disappointing to see this item when it arrived, especially with the cost.
Had to cancel my order because apparently they are only making Valentine’s Day bouquets 3 days before Valentine’s 😂 they just want people to buy the OVERPRICED ones instead of a regular one. Funny how they do that isn’t it. LAMEEEEEE
Very poor service did not deliver on the right date and did not send out what I ordered and did not send card with order that I paid for all this even after them calling me to VERIFY all 3 ORDERS they called me a total of 4 Times And STILL ALL ORDERS were INCORRECT
I ordered a fruit platter on 2/10 online, they immediately called me to tell me "due to Valentine's Day you have to upgrade or cancel your order" they only gave me 2 options & they were both way more than the original one I wanted. My first order included a card/note & I paid for a balloon. They only delivered the platter & when I called to ask for the balloon & card to be delivered today (the next day) or for a partial refund the manager said no & that there was no balloon or card. I told her I had proof I paid for it & would send it to her & she said I was lying & that they wouldn't deliver or refund me. She also had music playing so loud I could barely hear her. Worst customer service I've ever experienced & would never recommend this one to anybody. Attached a picture for the manager lady that called me a liar ;)
Very very happy with my order + delivery !! Will definitely be ordering from here again😍 not to mention the cupcakes were DELicious!!!
