Edible Arrangements

Terrible experience. I placed an order for my arrangement to be delivered on 2/14, my order was not fulfilled nor was it delivered. I called several of times and left several of messages. 5 days later the store manager Leo answered the phone with an attitude after asking for a refund and to assure I received the email confirmation that my order was cancelled he hung up on me twice. I do not recommend this store, and will not be ordering from edible again. Sad that this location has a store manager that has no sense of customer service skills at all.

If you just scroll below you’ll see why this store is absolutely horrendous. Same story, different day. No showed a valentines delivery. I called and had to get a status update 3 days later. Finally just requested a refund on day 4 and the jerk on the phone had the nerve to say “Anything else” before just hanging up on me. Absolutely insane for customer service. Highly encourage others to file a BBB complaint as well. This store needs corporate attention.

Do not waste your time with this location! I ordered standard chocolate dipped strawberries for Valentine’s Day. Even though the order had been confirmed they were turning away people or telling them to come back the next day. Cashier even told people he did not have time to get them a receipt showing that they cancelled, told them to trust they would get an email. Overall a horrible customer experience. I placed an order at the Bellevue location farther west; they had it done in 30 minutes and were much more polite.

HORRIBLE SERVICE order never delivered was trying to surprise wife for our five year anniversary will NEVER use this company again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT!

Valentine’s Day was a disaster. I placed an order on the 12th of February and my order was never delivered. I was calling from the time the store opened up till it closed and no one answered the phone all day and night. I left messages and none were returned. I finally decided to stop by the store a little past 8pm and was greeted by the store manager who admitted no one answered the phones all day. I was given a refund but the spoiler was I didn’t get my woman flowers and treats like I planned.

I spent 266 dollars for valentines. It hasn't been delivered and spent 4 hours trying to get customer service no one to talk to. I also spent another 70 for the 15th. Do not use this location they will ruin your special day. Update:They just delivered it. I don't want it I want a full refund. 2pm the next day is not what I ordered.

Store failed to deliver the arrangement on Valentine’s Day. Next day-still not delivered. Tried multiple ways to get in touch with store or Edible Arrangements to no avail. Still trying to find a way to cancel.

Ordered pickup for a specific time, and I saw on my phone it wasn’t going to be ready on time—they hadn’t even started the order. I called to ask them about the status and was stuck on hold for 10 minutes, listening to the most unbearable voice imaginable, until I was finally required to leave a voicemail. NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN

Placed an order online and paid extra for delivery. It was not delivered on time. Went to the store and Cashier was very rude. I would not recommend ordering from this location.

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and a balloon for a my wife while she was at work. The driver just called me and asked if they were open? My wife works in a downtown establishment of course their open at 1pm on a Friday. I proceeded to tell her she is working you will have to go inside to make the delivery. We hung up the phone. She literally sat outside and I already contacted my wife at this point and told her about the “surprise” she had coming just in case. My wife still had to go retrieve her arrangement. To top it off the woman forgot the ballon. The ballon cost me 6.99. I tip way more than that normally. I hope she can enjoy her job a little more in the future. I have management experience.
