Abbie, great customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure that my order was suitable to my liking and promptly delivered. Due to her service, I look forward to purchasing from this location again.

Would not recommend. Order was for business delivery and our office closing at 5 pm. That looks ok, per Edible delivery policy. They start prepping order at 4:43. And sending out for delivery at 4:57 pm. Perfectly knowing that delivery will take 30+ min. Unable to reach them before 5 , but picking up phone almost instantly after. Took extra 10 min to request a refund, have to explain 3 times - that delivery location is already closed. Total waist.

The arrangement that my husband’s work sent him after heart surgery was beautiful. Sadly, nearly half of the fruit in the basket was cantaloupe that was nearly inedible because it wasn’t even remotely ripe. The pineapple, strawberries, and honeydew melon were all good, but we ended up throwing all of the cantaloupe away

Great presentations! Will get it prepped on time promised. Fruit tastes great! A little pricey but understand the business

I’ve gotten the best experience ordering from this location than any other location honestly! Very helpful staff and my orders always arrive as pictured online.

Terrible terrible customer service. I paid for balloons to be attached to my order 09/06 and they were not delivered. I left multiple vms, sent emails and no one reached back out. Today is 09/20, I called to follow up, Angelica answered the phone and was extremely rude. Did not apologize at all and said she would resend the request and hung up the phone. I asked why the balloons were not attached and she said they could've flown away and the driver wasn't going to drive all the way back. Which is understandable, but no apology? No refund? No call or email back? Will never be ordering again.

Today was the first time I have visited this location. The young Lady was very polite and understanding. I will be coming back very soon.

I came in and requested a special smoothie and the manager accommodated me! I truly appreciated it and the smoothie was delicious!
