Spectacular in every way! I marked “Date” on the reservation and Eddie V’s made it extra special. The service is amazing and the the food is delicious and beautifully presented.

Overall good restaurant. A little on the pricey side for what you get, but enjoyed it.

Went here tonight and the place was beautiful. The host stand was prompt and professional. My partner had order flowers and they were on the table . The food was AMAZING. Roger was our server and had great service and made great suggestions. Overall would recommend!

Had the crab cake. No flavor and was fishy! Crab stuffed shrimp were ok. Missing flavor. Lobster mash was Amazing! My husband had the New York Strip. It was cooked to his liking and seasoned very well. Drinks were ok. Will definitely be back. Music was a little loud. Service was good. Vu had a wonderful personality. He disappeared for a while which is why I ga e 4 for service.

Good food. Big venue. Like the bar. Sometimes the crowd is upscale business and couples, sometimes a strange loud and rude crowd. Seems odd to me. This is a high-end restaurant, T-Shirts and Hoodies are out of place. Shocking inn Dallas. But we enjoy the food and attentive service. Note: Hillstone has a dress code, it matters! Eddie Vs does not. Glad to have Eddie Vs here. Al Biernats and Bobs are a notch above for steak… Eddie Vs has good seafood options. And occasionally, live music in bar. Front desk attendants are hit or miss. Some have cluelessly made us wait way too long. Lost in their job. Really bad. 180 degrees different from Al Biernats check-in. Your front desk is the face of the restaurant. Upgrade to the best people you have or lose business customers who want guests to be treated well, quickly, and with class. Front desk staff are 2 Stars on average- often 1 star. Come on management!? Waiters are 4 stars. Food 4-5.

Delicious!

Went for my wife's birthday. Atmosphere is very nice, staff is great. Decorated table for birthday and signed a card for her. I felt the food portions were very good. although it was Saturday night, we didn't feel rushed to order, eat, and free up the table. Fish and sauces were very good. Valet parking is tips, so I suggest utilizing it.
