Eats Meets West Bowls

Excellent salad bowls clearly prepared by folks who care about providing healthy delicious meals. Came across this place when the owner posted on Nextdoor this weekend. Ordered through DoorDash and the food arrived in great condition. The bowls were very well prepared per our instructions and they even put cute little hearts on the boxes which my wife adored. The owner truly cares about providing the customers a great experience. The bowls were very tasty and portion size was very good. The chicken was perfect, and the sauces (makhani and chaat) were super tasty as well. The waffle egg in a heart shape was not only novel but very appetizing as well. This is a very novel concept and we are big fans. We will certainly order regularly!

Healthy and low salt, but delicious. I came here because needed to find a good, healthy place to meetup with a friend. A lot of vegan restaurants will be heavy on the carbs or the fake meat. Great if you're vegan but not trying to be super healthy. This place is both packed with flavor and textures but is also quite healthy. A good number of variety bowls to choose from and the owner spends a good amount of time educating new customers on their food philosophy and what to expect with each bowl. I got the Darling Lia bowl with soy protein. The curry was nice and thick since it was made with lentils. The soy protein had a good chicken like texture and some tasty spices to give it flavor. We also got to try the mango kulfi which we licked completely clean!

Very tasty and filling salad bowl. We got takeout since the restaurant is not designed for a group lunch (maybe if it was just me and a friend we would eat in). The dressings were kept separate so the leaves were not soggy and the toppers stayed crispy. Really quite a nice flavor and texture experience! Mildly spicy and maximally flavored. As a celiac, I was not concerned about keeping my meal gluten free since so many of the offerings are naturally gluten free. Vegetarian options: Very easy to find non-meat options for everything Dietary restrictions: Gluten and nuts are well highlighted when they exist
