It is clean, the service was great! The food is fantastic! Definitely will be back!
Our go-to breakfast place for the weekends. Make your own scramble with cream cheese is always good.
Lovely breakfast/lunch restaurant. Very friendly people, good food (a ton of choices for omelettes or scrambles), relatively reasonable prices.
Giving TOH (The Omelets House) a 3-star may not be fair. But when you see a 4.6 star on Google Maps, there's a certain expectation that was set. TOH skirts slightly above IHOP or Denny's in terms of quality and price. Definitely not a mid or high-end breakfast joint. It absolutely serves the local community well and the service is wonderful. But this is a food review after all. The hot chocolate is just Swiss Miss. Pancakes are decently fluffy. Fruits and French Toast was dry. Waffles were well made, crispy but had less "weight" and substance. Eggs and sausages were of Denny's grade. Quite frankly, as a stand-alone local breakfast joint, I really wanted TOH to be more than this. I get it that at such a price point, only certain quality is possible. But really... TOH has potential. Just with a small investment in ingredients upgrade, it should be able to absolutely hit the sweet spot of local brunch spot that caters to everyday neighbors while patrons feeling proud of what they eat. And yes, I do think it can raise the prices to get there, gently. However, just a local brand of IHOP just simply leaves me wanting more. Parking: Decently large parking lot with ample spaces.
I love the omelette and country Potatoes really good service
*** Update*** I recently went here again and tried the corn beef hash. I highly recommend it. Also, tried the Belgian Waffle so fluffy and buttery I passed by this place a few times and always wanted to stop by and try it. Finally, I got to try it, and this place is amazing. Upon entering, it seemed super busy. It looks like the place has been here for a while, but the chairs and tables looked modern. Not worn out and faded looking like some places. I was warmly greeted, right away. She looked like someone who enjoys her job. She told me that he chicken fried steak was the special today. So naturally, I had to order it. The portion was just right. It was crispy and so flavorful with the gravy. The other item we ordered was a ham and cheese omelette with pancakes. It looked so basic, but the flavor was amazing. The pancakes were buttery and delicious. I highly recommend this hidden gem. It is definitely worth it. It was reasonably priced, and the portion was just right.
