I didn't like the first thing I ever got from Easy Tiger (the smoked turkey sandwich) but I've since found my two favorite things here: the fried chicken sandwich and the brussel sprouts. The fried chicken sandwich uses nicely breaded chicken that reminds me of chicken milanese and the slaw and garlic aioli went perfectly with it. The brussel sprouts are always buttery lemony nutty goodness. The employees are very helpful and the atmosphere was lively on a Friday night. Would recommend trying Easy Tiger at least once if you live in Austin!
Delicious farm raised meats. Great food!
Hit or miss. Somedays you get both good food and service. Some days mediocre.
Usual pub food, some items always run out early, patio area. Sorry to see the barperson hates their job. Every interaction was met with an annoyed sigh and eye rolling from saying hi and asking for a menu, and after ordering each item. By the time the second person started ordering food, we decided to call it quits and finish our drinks and left to eat elsewhere. Then more attitude when they had to charge my card a second time because they forgot to the first try.
Was the just recently, service was absolutely awful!! We were there for margarita day..our glasses were half full, when mentioned our waiter ignored me. He didn't return to our table until we were about to leave.
I have to update my review on Easy Tiger. I’ve loved it for years, but the prices are way too high. A kale salad with chicken is $20 and there was maybe a tablespoon of sweet potato. Pretzels are $10 and they only serve one single dip, with extra dips $2 each (remember when they provided all dips with it?!). The prices have to come down for it to be sustainable. Ever since they were bought, the portions have gotten smaller, sausages went away, and prices went up. The service is still great and I love the location, but every time I go I feel ripped off and it’s not becoming worth it.
Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere, with cheerful service, a great beer selection, and really good food made in house! Bring your big group to relax outside, or be comfortable inside! Outside his picnic tables, for the most part, so be prepared for that. It's shady, and semi covered, and you wouldn't even know you were next to the interstate. Parking can be a challenge sometimes, but you'll find a space somewhere.
Walked in got seated in the outside area, waited for about 15 minutes and never got helped. We did see a few servers come out but just felt like we got over looked on purpose.
