Must try spot for a unique take on Texas brunch. Everything we tried was phenomenal. The brisket Benny, pulled pork hash and bread pudding french toast were all equally excellent, I can't even pick a favorite. Lots of brunch spots slap a fried egg on brisket or pork and call it a day but this place really had some one of a kind flavors. The French toast had this spice that tasted very familiar but I couldn't identify it, it was something you would expect to taste in a savory dish but somehow really worked with all the sweet flavors in the French toast. Anyways clearly recommend this spot for brunch 10 out of 10. They have a pretty extensive cocktail menu and the drinks we tried were really good and not watered down like some of these types of places tend to do. Like many Austin restaurants they are extremely busy on weekends and limited in staff so be sure to reserve a table beforehand if not expect a long wait time. The service was great even though they seemed short staffed and busy we never felt unattended to.

1st visit ever on July 4th, 2022, midday service: Great white frozen sangria, good Pain in the Bumbu (coconut rum based drink) Cold queso, over dressed arugula salad. Regular fries were cold and a little hard. Herb Garlic fries were fresh and tasty. Coffee was a no go. Service was aight - we told the server that they charged us for a drink that we didn’t order and they said they already knew (why would you give us the check knowing you had charged us for something we didn’t order?!) wouldn’t really recommend this place. $100 later and except for the drinks it was a waste of money.

It was my first time dining here having brunch with my girlfriends. We ordered their brussel sprouts and queso for appetizers, they both were so delicious, the sauce on the sprouts was amazing, and you can never go wrong with chips and queso! I ordered the egg sandwich with the hash brown casserole and it was very good. Next time, I will ask for the fried egg to be cooked all the way, as I wasn't expecting the yolk to spill out everywhere with my first bite. The service and atmosphere were very good. I look forward to returning!

Chef Morgan and her team have done such an amazing job with this place!!! The mac and cheese was some of the best that I have ever had. Grab your friends and order some food - you won't be disappointed!

Edit: Sad. The brunch experience has really gone downhill over the last year or so. They used to have a cinnamon role that was the bomb. Homemade, gooey, thick frosting…wow. Then it turned into some kind of commercial grocery store type cinnamon roll with thin sugar water frosting. Now it’s gone. Used to have bottomless mimosas, now that’s gone. Used to have the best chicken and waffles in town (and I’ve made the chicken and waffle tour) with smoked fried chicken and a waffle that was also quick fried served in a cast iron skillet. Now, also gone. All the reason we used to love to brunch there, gone. Sad. Previously: Omg...the Chicken and Waffles were so good we had to order another one!
