As it seems every time i come to this location and deal with this one girl her name is Val shes extremely rude and cold. Ive had issues with her on 3 separate occasions. I am a previous employee of dutch bros so im aware of the rules they have in place here and one time when i tried to have them fix a mistake at the window she proceeded to argue with me about why i was wrong and roll her eyes. Ive always had pretty good experiences with this location but this girl is just rude. Ive never had a problem with anyone else. Update 1/11/2024 Went back to purchase drinks today everyone was very kind and they made my drink exactly right. Thank you to the crew from today. Photos from today as well

These folks do it right. Long lines aren't an issue (they are) but the people taking the orders to the best they can and they are always super friendly.
