Dunkin'

Do not go here, go to the Dunkin by the 61st station. Terrible and rude service, the food is probably typical Dunkin food, if you ever get it. They are supposed to be a morning shop but at 6:30A-7AM, they barely have things ready and the staff seems to still be waking up. Specifically, twice now I have ordered a single donut to go and both times, the young lady behind the counter questions my order, not to confirm it but to try and get more out of me. If I ask for one donut that is all I want however she asks" Just one donut, nothing else? You know you can get another donut, how about some coffee". When she finally gives me the one donut, she laughs about my order to the other worker about how the order was only 1 donut and nothing else. That was a few weeks ago. Today, same thing except I walk out because she continues to question when I order a single donut saying how I should order more donuts or add other things.

Yesterday i ordered an iced caramel latte but the latte they gave me was like a very light tan color and when i tried it, it tasted more of like milk than anything else they put in it. Normally the lattes i get from other dunkins are a darker color like the ones you'd see on google, and taste sweet and caffeinated, but not this one. But they only mess up my drink once in a fat while. Sometimes when i order, the cashier cuts me off mid order or just immediately picks out the food without me finishing. Also, i saw one of the staff raise her voice at a customer one time, not sure of the reason but the dude was pissed. And back in October when me and my friends went to dunkin, they took probably more than 30 minutes to make her matcha latte even though we reminded them at one point.

Rude cashiers who'd rather chat with friends than attend customers and then nearly shout at you when you ask them to repeat your order to be sure they got it right. The sighs of annoyance when you ask to add sugar is shameful. So sorry I'm making you do your job. Smh.
