PÉSIMO SERVICIO! EL COCINERO ME TRATO MAL Y POR QUÉ QUISE PONERLE QUESO Y BACON!. Si no quiere trabajar no es mi problema, como es posible que yo no pueda decir que quiero ponerle queso y bacon a mi croissant⁉️ LO ESTOY PAGANDO

I would give this place 5 stars. The cooks/chefs are outstanding! They are always friendly and work hard to make sure the food is good. The cashiers are absolutely horrible! While there is a line, they stand and talk to each other and ignore customers. They have horrible attitudes, and have no customer service skills at all. They do not know how to treat their customers, it's like they are doing us a favor. They will even argue with you. Even a new customer asked me as I was leaving, "is it me, or do they have bad attitudes?" It really is a shame, because the cooks are absolutely the best, standing ovation for them...the cashiers..no!

Sandwiches used to be good until they made the BEC more bread than anything else. For the price, totally not worth it. On top of that, the service is not the best; the new cashiers have the worst attitude. Clearly, there has been a change in quality, which is such a shame since I was a frequent customer there. There’s definitely better places to get a good quality sandwich :)

Food is overpriced and mediocre. Sandwiches are horrible. Not to mention, the customer service is atrocious. The cashiers don’t even want to work and argue with customers. Hire new staff.
