Dunkin'

If the app says you open at 5am and the internet says you open at 5am, you may want to think about opening at 5am. Or changing your hours. Frankly, the only thing you have going for you is convenience. And pulling into a dark parking lot with no cars and no store lights on is a little inconvenient, lol. If I have to guess whether you're going to be open or not, there's no reason for me to waste time & gas. Thing is, my kitchen is open 24x7. And I can make better, fresher, and hotter coffee. And my Shipt shoppers are happy to supply me with all the bacon, eggs, and cheese my clogged arteries desire. :) So, today I will make breakfast at home. And Sunday. And Monday ... $10 bucks a day may not sound like much but 6x a week is around $250 a month, 12 months a year. Think of all the money I'll save. ;) And I realize life happens. But this isn't the first time I've wasted a trip and had to turn around and delay my caffeine fix. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times, never again ... From now on I'll save time, money, gas, and make breakfast at home. :)

The woman working the register was very rude. I asked for a medium coffee and a large Americano hot. She poured the medium coffee right away and I said, oh my mistake I needed that decaf. She replied with "I already poured it". Then several minutes later she brought an iced Americano. I said I asked for a hot Americano and she told me I didn't. I asked for her name and she wouldn't give it to me. Then she brought a large Americano immediately. I will go to another location in the future.

Disgusting latte.

The morning team was laughing at my Hispanic coworker because he was struggling with his English. I'm going to McDonald's now.

Su servicio es muy pobre no quieren vender los cornmuffin a veces nada más le venden uno por persona y cuándo va la familia solo uno por familia eso es injusto entre más vendan es mejor para ellos yo pienso que eso es cosa de las empleadas para no cocinarlos

I’m always just shocked how if I bring in my own container like I do at other coffee shops, the manager and worker seem to have a bit of an aggressive Schtick they go on about how they don’t fill regular containers unless they Dunkin containers. And I’m like thinkijg, I don’t care if you give me that 0.05 discount that other places do, I just would rather not create as much waste if possible. And yet some how this is too much for them. I get the impression looking at other reviews that they are not very flexible and and a bit controlling. Main reason we go is because it’s around the corner and I do like their sourdough sandwhich. Outside that it just feels kinda inflexible and not Freindly of place for what ever emotional reason of theirs.
