Dunkin'

Went on drive thru at 10: 20 pm. and wasn't able to order anything warm today due to the kitchen being shut down.

The women who work in the morning whisper, gossip and laugh about you before you even get a chance to order and the young dude at night DOES NOT like his job. They charge you for whipped cream and extra stuff then refuse to give it to you because they’re “closing” …anytime you order the coffee is nasty and service is terrible 0/10 new staff needed

03/18/2024 Disgusting customer service. Poor customer service handling food. They take the food and touch the cups where people drinks without gloves.

It's nice to see that this location coal fires their breakfast sandwiches. Nothing like a charred croissant to start your day! On the bright side the egg and sausage was cooked, which I guess is better than the locations that serve you ice cold sausage with burnt croissant. Keep it up...

Very dirty place. Flies and gnats everywhere. Mediocre customer service

Order 100% correct but only noticed after leaving that the donuts were completely covered in ants.

I attend several Dunkin' Donuts locations and I have to say that though Location here at Military Trail just north of Forest Hill the customer service I received from Mumtaz above and beyond reproach she was very polite and very helpful if I could choose I would come to this location specifically and only thank YOU MUMTAZ!!!
