Had a problem with an order I placed online. Called the store to try and get help with the issue. A condescending immature snott nose got on the phone and made the situation worse. I definitely don't like being hung up on, especially after having $25 + taken from me without the pleasure of receiving the products I ordered. Maybe if the employees kept the store open for the hours they post, this nonsense wouldn't happen. Maybe if the manager hired responsible ,respectful employees, the reviews would be better. I can't wait to see if the owner Cares about the quality of service Dunkin Donuts customers receive, but as I read along here, I'm not seeing anything that shows me they care about anything at all, except for the money we unfortunately were dumb enough to give them for the headaches and shenanigans and poor customer service. Actually,non existent customer service. Dunkin Donuts must be proud to have such a messed up store in Thornton. The reviews show it's been the same for years.
