Rude. Overworked employees. Wrong order. Waited in the drove through for 30 minutes for 3 cars. This falls back on management. They need to get their priorities together ASAP. Bring back old Dunkin. America does not run on y’all.

I tried this location the past two days. I've always gone to Starbucks a little further away.so I felt since this is ower I'll try it out. The first day the window worker in the drive thru was rude. Acted like I was a burden to her and that she didn't want to be there. So I thought, well, she must be having a bad day.so I went again this morning. 1/26/24 at about 5:45 am. And the same window worker with the same attitude. I'll just drive a little further and continue going to Starbucks. Those kinds of attitudes is a reflection of poor Management.
I’ve tried to go on three separate occasions, and every time I was met with an attitude that I was inconveniencing them for simply placing an order. On top of the attitude every time I was told they didn’t have anything I was asking for and when I asked what they did as a substitute I got even more attitude. It just makes no sense how people in customer service feel like doing their job is a huge inconvenience to be customers
