Dunkin'

I live in Northern Kentucky and I'm a Dunkin addict. BUT I'm EXTREMELY picky about my coffee! When I'm home, I pass 4 other dunkins in town to get to the one that knows how to make my coffee- 20 minutes each way, every day. So when I'm traveling, I know there is a 99.9% chance that the dunkins available to me won't know how to make my coffee and I'll be cranky and decaffeinated all day. Then this past December, we found THIS Dunkin and.... wow!!! My local Dunkin has some competition!! We went every day of that trip and we just got back from another trip where we also went every day and they made my coffee perfect every time! Tasha was there in December and was still there this time and she's amazing!! The lady working the window on the mornings this time (sorry, did not get her name) was also so sweet and friendly. I've really never encountered anyone here who was anything less than amazing. So if you need coffee anywhere in the nearby vicinity, definitely go out of your way for this location!!

Frequented often, some of the employees that work drive thru are extremely unpleasant. Try a smile every once in awhile

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Was at this location yesterday, and was ignored by an employee that was cleaning. I waited a few min before asking if I can place an order, & was still told to hold on. I specifically gave instructions on how I wanted my drink to be made, but it was made wrong. When telling the employee that I had asked for less pumps of flavored drizzle in my coffee I was asked to first taste the coffee to see if I liked it. I was told If then I didn’t like it another one would I be made. I replied saying I already know it’s sweet & I don’t like sweet. The employee then tossed the drink from a distance in the garbage as if she were upset that I was not going to drink a sweet drink. People working in fast food need to learn how to treat people who are talking to them in a calm respectful way.

Never coming here again people are rude and coffee tastes really bad and they're very inconsistent with how the coffee is made just ordered coffee this morning and it looked like there was spit on the top absolutely disgusting

These facilities are not inspected by the health department. They fall under the department of agriculture. This facility soaks dirty towls in their coffee pots, over night, cleaners disinfectant and everything else ends up in their coffee pots. They served me a cup from a pot that had not been washed. I have it frozen . What else is in your cup of coffee

I've never seen such a dysfunctional business. I love dunkin but this is complete disappointment. Extremely rude service, I can't believe they are still open...

I’m not sure of the wonderful woman’s name that took care of me today at around 3:00 but she was wonderful! Her smile was contagious. The food was great and also was the coffee.

Horrible customer service, snappy woman with attitude. They can’t handle her dime a dozen job. I’d rather go elsewhere
