Let's start off with rude employees. Bathrooms have been "not working" for months. Obviously, it's not for customers to use. Donuts has flies. My drink was handed to me 75% filled as if that's OK. Close down already.
This is our go to breakfast spot! This Dunkin has great friendly service, takes accurate orders, and the drive-thru line moves quickly. They honor the app rewards as well. Donuts always taste fresh in the am. We are always happy eating here.
Worst DD I have ever been to. Staff is rude and the food was not up to standards. Hash browns were smooshy and not hot and not crispy. I am in the area for a month and gave this place 2 chances. First time they were out of whip cream, hash browns, hazelnut etc. This was a Saturday mid morning...terrible. Both times I had my pup. First time no whip cream for a pup cup. 2nd time the idiot actually had the audacity to say we don't do that. First time I have ever been told that. Will drive the extra few blocks to the Sbux from now on. Dunkin corporate may want to pay attention here. Geez

Upon walking into Dunkin’ Donuts I heard a manager name Patricia Yelling at an employee behind the counter today . And as a customer and a manager of a business, that serve coffee, I don’t think you want someone in your business running your business like that that’s talking to their employee that helps your business to run.
I walked in to get my mobile order. I was the only one there standing at the pickup counter. I could see my order which was behind the mobile order pick up Slots. I was invisible to all of the employees (4 plus a manager). 3 employees came up to where I was s standing to add items or to take orders the orders that were completed to the drive up window. Not one made eye contact with me. I should not have to ask for my completed order that I could see waiting for me. After 5 minutes of waiting to be noticed I just reached over the counter and took it. Pretty sad.
