Ordered a cream cheese & butter bagel ( it had a spot the size of a nickel for cream cheese not what you would expect.

I got a coffee through the drive and they made me pull up and wait for a coffee. Once I got the coffee. It tasted very bitter like they forgot to put in the caramel So I went back through the drive through to get them to fix it. Instead of offering to make me a new coffee, they just took the coffee I had and it wasn't that they forgot to put the caramel in. There was no more caramel and the older gentleman pumped the empty thing of caramel with nothing coming out and handed it rudely back to me and said is that better.The manager looked at him and said oh, you need Carmel and went to go get it, but didn't say Hey, can you wait a minute? And we'll get you some caramel. I was nothing but nice and decided to just leave it and drive away I didn't have time or the want to tell him to just wait till the manager gets you more caramel and put more in. He needs an attitude check.

The issue began with my order - an iced coffee with cold foam, which was mistakenly topped with whipped cream. Knowing the difference well, I attempted to address this at the window, asking if I could pull around to discuss my order. Surprisingly, the response from the staff member was a flat "No ma'am, you cannot do that." This was not only unusual but also came across as rude, setting a negative tone for the entire experience. Such an interaction, combined with the lack of understanding about coffee specifics like cold foam, significantly dampened my visit. It's crucial for food establishments to not only serve what's requested but also to handle customer concerns with courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this Dunkin' Donuts location fell short on both counts. For coffee lovers who value both the quality of their drink and the service experience, I'd recommend caution with this specific location. Rating: ⭐⭐
