Made a rare stop with my grand daughter to get a dozen. We rarely do that, but it was a day, and the building was calling our name! I forgot how much I love their coffee. I must say, got the other two grands and headed home for a nice sweet snack while getting homework done. Girls were tickled with my donut choices and breakfast the next morning was a bit sweeter and met with more excitement than usual. Nothing better than a dunking donut! Nana was happy for her delish cup of Joe and her donut next morning to start her day as well.
I just had my daughter QUIT because the manager Kacie is heartless. We had a death in the family and of course as soon as we found out the date I had her text her manager to inform her and the response was appalling! She was told she’d be written up if she didn’t come in for her shift! No I’m sorry or condolences for the loss of her grandmother! It would have been easy to get the shift covered with a week notice but she choice to be RUDE and heartless. Don’t let your kids work here
I came in on Easter morning and the line was wrapped around the building for drive-thru and busy inside with pickup orders. This team was kind, professional and FAST!! They all killed it this morning!
Chaos behind the Line. Left doesn't know what the right is doing. Burnt and mushy hashbrowns. And what good are my napkins when they are sitting under the hashbrowns collecting grease
I just want to give a huge shout out to all the employees working Friday morning. The customers were literally out the door on both sides. Everyone behind the line was doing everything they could to keep things moving consistently. They all kept their composure and were pleasant to everyone. Although not everyone was as understanding as the employees were. I’ve never seen it that busy. Great job to all who are working Friday.
I’m a consistent customer and the manager told me I had to pay for a cup of water after ordering my coffee. Really rude about it, too. Not cool.
White Hazelnut Bark iced coffee is awesome!
