I decided to give this place another try after an employee called me a "b****" for wanting to place an order at the front counter. This is the worst location I've been to. The employees are extremely slow and rude. I waited in the drive thru line with only 4 cars ahead of me and I waited 20-25minutes. Will not be returning again.
Giving 1 star bc 1 out of 5 times they get my order right and I’m officially done. Not even going to the one by Semoran and Curry bc they are worst than this place. It’s Starbucks for me moving forward. The mgr with the white eyeliner- not nice. And whoever owns this place sir/madam you can’t have only 3 staff tending to customers on a busy Saturday morning. Waiting 20 plus mins inside and having customers leave. You lose more money trying to saving on staffing cost. Even app orders showed up and had to wait 20 mins. Whats the benefit. NEW MANAGER/OWNERS please !!!!
It's always hit or miss coming to this location, for me. This time it was a miss, didn't make my food, so I asked the lady who tool my order if it was still being made, she assured it was. Another 5-10 minutes go by and still nothing. I just left, I have to work and cannot sit and wait for all 7 workers to figure out how to make 2 wake up wraps.
