Keeps putting sugar in my coffee I love dunkin I am the poster child for runs on dunkin but it's so hard to find one in the city that has decent service and coffee that doesn't taste burt or that they pour hot coffee over ice I pay over 4 bucks for ice coffee so that it is not just hot coffee over ice

Parking: Entering the drive-thru was difficult. Without knowing, you block people trying to leave the parking lot.

was there 10 minutes ago the new staff is horribly rude and degrading. they need to close the window before then say rude things about customers.
