Very good!

Two stars because the manager here is nice but everyone else at this location basically sucks. They will disrespect a customer to their face, and then tell the customer it’s their fault. Just shocking. I know that every place I’ve ever worked, if a customer was not satisfied, and I told them directly that it was their “fault” that they didn’t know how to order or didn’t like their food/drink, that I would be fired on the spot. Manager is nice, most other employees have a very bad attitude.

The staff here are good people & they all work very hard to make customers happy & satisfied every day. When it comes to ordering, they are very helpful and reliable with any questions you might have with the mobile app or even just being curious on what deals are going on. This is the Dunkin Donuts where you are going to get your food fresh and drinks made awesome! and better than what the company advertises and yes sometimes it may be chaotic/hectic but that’s because they’re backed up by online orders and at the same time trying to make the order correct and as a good Person/Individual/Customer I am, I appreciate that they care enough to make it right. One customer to another please understand that these are REAL PEOPLE and deserve the same respect they give you and that they do make your food and beverage but other than that this is the Dunkin Donuts you want to make your personal “go to” because all I got to say is that other Dunkin’s are not as unique as this one great group of people working as one ☝ it’s always a good vibe. Wheelchair accessibility: It is easy to get in and out of the restaurant and the staff here are understanding and helpful to help hold the door for people in need of assistance! 10/10

The service is poor and the employees are so rude and disrespectful

Food is the good quality you expect from Dunkin. The staff and service at this location on Grand street, however, is horrid. I ordered with the app the first time with a notification that I could get a free med. coffee with any order. I placed it about 5 minutes before I'd be there to pick it up... order was not ready, and no coffee. The guy behind the counter said I had to buy something in the store to get the "free coffee" and suggested donuts or bites. I asked how that made any sense. Why would I pay for something I was offered to get it "free" only to pay for something else? I was in a rush so I went ahead a bought a donut bc I didn't want to hold up the line. Maybe a bad day, and maybe I misunderstood the promotion. I love DD, so I decided to give this location a second chance and do some research on the promotion. Turns out I was right. I could have gotten a free coffee with my order. So i went again a few days later with screen shots, qr codes, terms and conditions.... all available. This time I gave them 10 min... still no order upon walking in. When i was about to check out, I asked about the coffee and showed all the info. Got the same problem. He wanted me to buy something in store. I told him I'd just use my points (1280) and I'd just get the coffee with that to not hold up the line behind me... he didn't want to take it, even began shouting, and turned his screen around to show me what the buttons said. Why TF is he teaching me how the POS works??? After the people behind me began to get frustrated he finally took my qR code with my points and made the coffee. Horrible service. Unprofessional (consistently so, it seems) and tries to scam you into buying more than you wanted, and doesn't want to honor promotions or points. Go to your deli. This place needs reviewed by corporate, overhauled, new management, or shut down.

UPDATE !! 4/5/23- I opened my sandwich I got this afternoon and it was long HAIRS in it !! Literally heated into the sandwich and that is completely gross . I usually come at night and the young man who works there is professional , prompt and kind . I came in the afternoon and I have a hair in my sandwich . This is filthy .
