Didn't help me at all just disrespectful service

Went here multiple days in a row. Did mobile orders and waited in line at the cashier. The cashiers were very friendly and my mobile order was correct every time.

Ich wollte eine Hot Chocolate. Leider war diese nicht möglich da eine Maschine defekt war. Die freundliche Mitarbeiterin empfohl mir eine Chai Latte mit Haselnuss / Schokolade. Sie sei ihre persönliche Lieblingssorte. Ich habe zugesagt und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Das Getränk war super lecker. Die Donuts ebenso. Waren hier einige Male während unserem Urlaub. :-)

Leaving this review because I was so wonderfully helped this morning by Rosa. I mumbled my order while flustered about something else and she very easily could've just said "excuse me?" or ask me to speak up, but she took a moment to gently ask me to repeat myself in a way and in a tone that said "relax, Jared, this does not need to add to the stress of your day." Obviously she didn't really say that- what she actually said was "could you repeat yourself for me please?" with a calm smile. Made a gigantic difference.

Bought a dozen this morning and they gave me 11.

It literally so rude!!!! She ignored me when I came in, not even say hi, I get that she was busy doing things but, at least say hi and ask me to wait! Then, when I said she shouldn’t ignore anyone, she started to argue with me!!!! And, speaking in Indian to her coworker! NOT cool at all!!!!!
