I went there to pick up some breakfast before work. I ordered ahead on the app so I thought I would have little or no wait. When I got there the front door was locked and I could not get my order. So I had to sit in the drive thru as my food got cold. When I asked why the front door was locked the person on the other end ignored me. The food was not up to par with the average Duncan, but that's not my issue. My issue was the non existent costumer service and huge inconvenience created by simply not having the front door open.
