Mala la atención y no te explican los productos que venden, no vayan para ese local
La atención es pesima la cajera es super grosera además de no saber explicar al cliente los productos que venden. Lastima porque tiene tanta publicidad por medios de comunicación
I just went to the Dunkin Donuts on Coral Way and 85th Avenue. It was such horrible customer service. The young lady at the register did not even greet me or my children. And simultaneously to receiving zero friendliness from the register clerk, the other 2 employees that work in the back had their voices very elevated while they were complaining about their work and their co-workers. No one thanked me or told me to have a nice day. I said thank you and no one even acknowledged me. What a terrible experience. So sad to see the level of unprofessionalism in Miami.
They are no longer what they were, they send you what they want, not what they ask for, nor the chocolate donuts that are the most basic, everything is fatal, it doesn't seem like we were in the United States, a disappointment
Closes at 7:00 PM….way too early
I placed a pickup order this morning and when I got there at 10 am they were closed no sign no notice they took my money no one picks up a phone no notice as to why they are closed I waited a couple of hours and nothing still closed and no answer I need someone to contact me regarding this
If I could give no stars, I would. This Dunkin used to employed a young man named Orlandito, he and the ladies who worked with him provided excellent customer service. Now, the place is very dirt. I went in the morning and tables, chairs, glass windows, floor were filthy. Coffee cold, donuts dry, no sugar or napkins in place. It appeared as if the shop was open without being prepared for a new business day. The two women who were there were talking to each other and handled food without gloves. Neither showed courtesy.
