I ordered 2 medium coffees with specific instructions. When I got to the window, the drive thru attendant told me the preparer made the wrong size. I informed them that was way to much and the preparer quickly got an attitude and sent me to park, where we waited way to long for 2 coffees. The drive thru attendant was sweet but whoever was making the coffees, which I believe was probably the manager was super rude at 10a.
This used to be my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts to go to period. I’m not sure what has happened. I don’t see the same people working there and the service is horrible. The wait is long, They are not friendly and courteous. Management definitely needs to look into this.
Such a bad visit. I got a hot Macha that had no flavor. Basically just hot milk. With it I got a coffee roll that was not good at all. It was extremely dry and definitely did not taste fresh. It also had very little flavor. I could have gotten something better at a gas station. Definitely save yourself and just go across the street to Marietta Perks. Way way better food, drinks, and customer service
Just came from ordering a mobile pickup order. It was extremely underwhelming. My iced coffee tastes like water..the flavor I can actually tastes is giving artificial...the chorizo wrap is dry, overly breaded and has no flavor..and I got approximately 5 hash rounds with my order. This is more so a dunkin problem, not a store issue, besides the watery coffee. Overall, the employees were eh. I spoke first, and they replied have a good day. Won't be returning.
