Mi Taco Mexican Taqueria - Austell Rd

Food was decent. I called ahead for a to go order, called 15 mins. The worker (man with beard) said it’d be ready in 10 mins. I arrive and the order is not ready, they are just making it. Another 20 mins for food to be ready. Why allow phone orders if food not ready? Don’t recommend

La comida es muy rica me encanta ir a comer con mi familia ami taco e sido clienta por este lugar por años pero la meseras no todas el día de ayer en la tarde la verdad hasta las ganas se me quitaron de comer porque se portó muy grosera si revisan las cámaras lo van escuchar yo soy compreciba se le pasó llevarme mi soda y cuando me paré a pedirle la soda me contestó muy groseramente y prepotente y no no es la primera ves siento que no es la manera de contestar aún cliente de años

The first time I ate here the food and service was great. The second time I placed a online order. I paid $54 I waited about a hour for my food. My Rice, beans and sauce I specifically request were missing from the bag. Now I'm forced to drive 15 mins there and back before eating my dinner. (never ate) I get to the restaurant automatically asked for the manager. I explain to him what happened. He told me they don't give sauce for to go orders because they don't know what sauces I wanted. I asked if he read the order because I clearly put down avocado salsa & red salsa. He was looking crazy like he didn't understand. I have a copy of the receipt that clearly says what sauces I wanted. I've never heard of a taco place not offering salsa for online orders! Never once did they apologize for the inconvenience. Instead they made it seem like I was the problem. He even said it was the driver's fault for not checking the bag. The driver doesn't prepare the orders sir y'all do. The whole time I have the cashier in my face talking smack and not minding her business. Very unprofessional! Trying to argue with me. I had to tell her to mind her business "I'm not talking to you" She is the one who prepared the order. She should focus on getting those orders right. It was 2 burrito combos and four taco's. At that point I just wanted a refund. I told them you can make everything fresh or give me a refund. I was told they couldn't give me my money back. After threatening to call the police a young man stepped in and gave me my money back!!

Delicious food and attentive staff. The margaritas are made fresh and the hot sauces are so good. Don’t judge the book by its cover!

Very nasty , seen the employees spit in people food. They make fun and laugh at me and my family the last few time we were there. They think just because we are True Americans that we can speak or understand Spanish. Remember the employees family came from Mexico for a better life. When you have True native American people coming to your restaurant to eat. Me family has been in Georgia since 1775. So please don't eat here. How can you have employees working in American and can't understand Englishs and make fun of American people. Watching you spit in folks food is nasty. Hope yall get close down.
