This is a great store. Very clean and the employees always make you feel welcome. Always very courteous and never any long wait times! The variety of selections are great and always fresh. I visit this location at least 3x each week and have never had or noticed any issues or concerns! The staff goes above and beyond!
I was so happy that this location opened across the street from my house but I would literally avoid this location. They can’t follow simple instructions on how you want your coffee & when you politely complain they want to give you an attitude. The heavy set woman that sometimes works the window can’t get your order right through the intercom, then when she screws up your order you tell her and she ARGUES with you that, no you ordered this.. excuse me? We don’t eat bacon so why would we ask for bacon? Then you order through the app frequently & one day decide to just order at the store, she tells you.. we don’t have that coffee .. excuse me? I order that through the app almost daily. She needs to learn the menu & learn customer service because she doesn’t do very well with either. I believe everyone at this location just has a bad attitude. You make coffee… it’s not that complicated
I was having problems with my Apple Pay. Emily had a manager come over and they took care of my coffee. I didn’t get the managers name but their combined kindness deserves a reward.
Tried using machine and it wouldnt go through for some reason, so we walked up to the counter and 3 diff workers looked at us and then went back to there orders they were prepping which is understandable but it took almost 10 minutes before anyone helped us. Once our order was in it was quick and correct. Only complaint was how long it took to get service even with an empty parking lot
