Dunkin'

I order on the app so I can earn/redeem points and redeem whatever specials they have going on. Sometimes I get exactly what I ordered and sometimes it’s a total surprise, but they’ve never given me anything bad so five stars.

I went in there to get a dozen variety donuts and the cases was almost empty. I got what they had and they would not substitute and when I got the donuts home they tasted like they were a day old. I will not be going back and will continue to go to Krispy creme there donuts stay fresh even after a couple of days. I do not recommend going there. It was my first and will be my last.

Food HOT, coffee amazing, staff kind and professional! The Birmingham locations could learn a lot from them! Thank you!

One of the smaller Dunkin’s I’ve been to, but the staff welcomed me as I walked through the door. Plenty of parking and has an efficient drive thru if you need one. Clean and updated and my coffee was spot on.

Stopped into redeem a free beverage, but they were out of the caramel swirl. Pink velvet was recommended as a substitute, so I got that, and it was fantastic! Service was great!
