Dunkin'

Absolutely ridiculous. I placed a mobile order and still waited for 20 minutes inside as people who ordered after me were getting their items right away. I had to cancel my sandwich because I was in a rush, did not get refunded for it. I will never be back at this dunkin. Save your time and money and go to the one across town

First of all it says the open at 4am but no one is ever there. One time I had to bang on the drive-thru window. They mess up the orders everytime I go there. It is now 6:11am and no one is there. They need a whole new employees or just shut down. I shouldn't have to pay $6-7 or more for them to mess up my drink. They will have no customers and still take forever to take your order. I guess they don't understand that if you have no customers they won't get paid. I'm so disappointed and will be taking my services somewhere else.

Best chais ever.. edited to say, they had the best chais at one point, not anymore, something changed!

First time I stopped there was today. I asked for a 🔥 HOT coffee with cream and sugar. I got in my car, tasted the coffee and it was Luke warm at best. Never again will I stop there, or waste almost $3.00 for a cold cup of coffee. My advice, don't waste your time or money. It gets 1⭐️ from me.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE! Todays visit we ordered at the drive-through. After a very lengthy wait, we paid for the order and received the wrong drinks. When I asked for the order to be corrected, the staff argued with me that is, in fact, what I had ordered when I knew I ordered something different. I asked for a refund, that I would just go elsewhere and was told that there was no manager there and that they couldn't refund my money since they didn't know how to do that. The guy at the counter gave me the two drinks, along with $2 cash, since there was a price difference apparently on what I had wanted vs. what they put on my ticket. One sip of the drink was all I needed for it to be thrown in the garbage. This wandt the first time I had a bad experience here, and this was the straw that broke the camels back. I will not return.

Big Dunkin/ Baskin Robins. Inly 2 tables were occupied when we came in. Interesting layout, not like other dunkins. The coffee for my husband was cold. For me , it was a drinkable temperature. After going to a batista to ask to warm me my husband's coffee, he instantly replaced it with really hot coffee. Good location Denver, Pennsylvania

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered online 15 minutes before getting there. When I went in I was standing in line for about 10 minutes and was completely ignored, no one else was in line if I may add. I then asked if my order was finished and was asked if I was a DoorDasher. When one of the employees behind the counter looked through a plethora of online orders he didn't tell me if mine was ready or not. Asked for my name and threw my order into a bag and called it a day. My munchkins were not in the normal munchkin box, they were thrown into the bag along with a strawberry frosted donut that was thrown in upside down. Once taken out of the bag the icing was completely wiped off of the donut. The employees are extremely rude and shouldn't have a job if they can't handle normal customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever.

Amazing service!! Cleanest Dunkin I’ve ever visited! I hope they keep up the great work!
