Great every time

I've been a loyal customer of Dunkin’ Donuts on Bloomingdale Avenue, always ordering through the mobile app before approaching the drive-through speaker. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Despite placing my order as usual, the woman at the drive-through speaker rudely informed me that they had just received my order, despite my consistent method. Not only was the employee dismissive, but her behavior at the window was unacceptable. She instructed me to pull forward in a manner that blocked traffic exiting the window, compromising safety and convenience. The lack of efficiency and professionalism in handling my order left me deeply unsatisfied. Ordering via the mobile app should streamline the process, but this experience proved otherwise. Sadly, this incident marks my last visit to this Dunkin’ Donuts location.

Best Dunkin by FAR! The staff is always joyful and kind. They also are very quick, I’ve never had to wait an excessive amount of time. My coffee is always on point daily. I love my Dunkin ❤️

I have never had an employee be this blatantly disrespectful and rude to me. Do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts unless you want to be verbally abused.

The woman who worked the intercom was very rude. I asked for a hot Americano with some ice just to cool it down. I said, I don't want an iced coffee. She gives me a coffee that was freezing. She added all the ice. I asked for a new one, this time just use a little bit of ice. I try it and burn the hell out of myself. Won't recommend this dunkin with how poor their employees treat people.

Great sourdough grilled cheese and sourdough egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches.

This is my go to Dunkin Donuts spot. Employees are friendly store is very clean. Will definitely go back
