Fishhawk Bagels

I drove from Tampa and worth the drive, again. They seem to take pride in their business. Service is consistent. They do nice things like separate the types of items you order so they are neat if you have to travel. If you order savory bagels, they separate them from sweet so you don't get odd flavors when you come to enjoy them. This really matters. They verify your order, and are always friendly and smile. One thing I've found is, baked goods in the case seem to always be low. I went there 2 hours after they open, and no blueberry muffins and many items empty. Not sure why. But the bagels are so nice. They taste wholesome and are not like eating a brick, chewy with a firm crust. I taste quality in the product, made with love. The cream cheese is whipped. This makes a difference too. Kid-friendliness: They have muffins and a fun decor, many people bring their families and have a nice time. They serve many different menu items to please everyone.

Nelson makes the best bagels for miles and miles around! We were picking up a catering order, and had to wait a little bit. I don't see this is necessarily a bad thing, because this means that business is good! Cafe con leche from here is the best way to start a morning!

Everytime I get to this establishment, they are out of plain bagels. I try to do my diligence and call ahead, no one ever answers the phone. When I get there, they don't have what I want (which is why I call ahead). Then you can't leave the line because it is blocked off. So you just sit there and wait until the last car is done. I am coming from Wesley chapel. It's not a close drive. Today was the last straw. I would look for a different bagel shop, and one that is closer and actually answers the phone.

Great Food

Food is incredible. Customer service is terrible and rude constantly.

The staff was very friendly, and the bagel itself was good! The sausage, egg, and cheese on it was OK, I don't think they are cooked fresh at the store (likely heated from frozen). If you just want bagels, it's not a bad spot. Also, no Wi-Fi if you're looking for a place to get some work done while you eat.

This was our 1st time trying Fishhawk Bagels and this place was packed with a line at least 6 deep! The staff is awesome. They were getting orders knocked out quickly and efficiently. I ordered the Italian Bagel Sandwich and my boyfriend got the bacon egg and cheese bagel. I also got a guava cheese donut to try later! All in all the food was excellent, will definitely be back!

I've had breakfast at this bagel shop (12 / 15 times I'm guessing) each and every time breakfast has graded out as an A+ This bagel shop just does things right
