Very small, but typical of downtown Boston. Staff were great, but coffee was abysmal. Can dine in but no restroom. Much pricier than out of downtown.
I’m here saying “Hello” to the girls and no one answers the greeting, which seems to me to be a complete lack of respect. One is placing an order, the other is just stopped and no one helps me. I would never come back here, it’s the first time this has happened to me in Dunkin, I’m very unhappy.
At 8:15 am today, I ordered something so simple as a wake up wrap and the Spanish lady who was doing the food decided to sit down without telling any of her other 4 co-workes that she decided to stop making orders just to have a sit, no other walk in customers and because of her being incompetent I had to wait over 15 minutes and being late for work, 5 people on the line and only one doing the job!
Took care of a mobile order super quickly. Love the neighborhood.
Only location in the theatre district that "opens" at 6AM on Sundays. I put open in quotation marks because it's now 6:40AM and it's still not open. It will let you make mobil orders but the lady inside made an "X" gesture with her arms and turned the light off. Talk about messing up my dad before it starts.
Went to get a donut at 5:40, but the place was closed. Not being a Karen, just 20 mins off.
Dose not open at 6 but 6:30. Ish is annoying if you are short on time. Plz update your hours.
Worst place. Everytime I order I get things spoilt, either the milk is spoilt or the food. People working don’t care about the hygiene of the customers at all. They serve old food and beverages. Worst Dunkin in Boston.
Always on top of orders even when busy. Everyone works as a team
