How hard is it to make a frozen coffee ? If the customer doesn’t like it you don’t have them take it back then had to it and blend it again. It’s just all liquid not even frozen at this point . I can’t stand to complain about my coffee and the staff not even care. Hire some people who care about the job and who actually likes working there. Literally threw my coffee away and she thought that was okay didn’t even offer to make a new one . Disgusting service I’m done Update ____ Ridiculous!!!!! Ugh. All I want is my coffee before work. Hire some People please
