DONT ORDER THE MATCHA LATTE, CHAI LATTE ,CHURRO LATTE!! horrible! the chai latte DOES NOT taste like chai it tastes like coffee. matcha latte taste like water and coffee. DISGUSTING!! churro latte is plain also taste like water. only the wip cream is good. the drink tastes nothing like churros. overall experience is bad we will never go back to that Dunkin donuts EVER!

Rude employees, disgusting donuts. Came Saturday morning when they should be fresh, instead cold, bland, and stale.

This is my most frequented Dunkin donuts location right now. I really like the App Rewards and I like Dunkin coffee. Most of the staff seems friendly but there are some people who work there who should not be working in customer service. The food is also frequently out of what I want to order and there is inconsistency in the temperature of the coffee and food. And I have had to wait an incredibly long time for my food on several occasions.

Online it says that the store opens at 6 AM. I waited and waited and waited no one ever shows up to open the door, nor to take any orders. This is strictly false advertisement. If you can’t open at 6 AM it’s totally okay but change the time online so customers don’t wasted their time.

This Dunkin’ Donuts was not worth our time or money. The wraps tasted like a burnt oven, the donuts were stale in the morning, and it took forever to get the staff attention. Today is a Saturday morning, so I understand they are busy, but even with that understanding- this service was terrible. And I don’t say that often, as someone who has worked in the food service industry.
