Dunkin'

I requested a 1/2 dozen (2 vanilla cream filled/ 2 strawberry frosted/ a chocolate and blueberry donut) and they got it wrong. No one mentioned if they were out of what I requested and they weren’t busy enough to warrant a complete mess up of my order. And as assumed, when calling to inquire they didn’t answer the phone. I wouldn’t go there for a simple coffee if my life depended on it!

Coffee sucked

This place supposedly closes at 10pm, we walked at 9:15pm and were there was no ice cream at all. you're baskin robbins, did you run out?

Keep driving. The next closest DD is in Round Rock, it's worth the drive just to avoid the hassles of this location. I've been going to this DD since it opened in 2019ish and it's slowly gone downhill since. This place is to be avoided like the plague. Let's start with the store. Most of the DD stores I've been to have received a face lift. This store has not and it needs one. Most everytime I walk in there is garbage on the floor and the tables need to be wiped down. The counter usually needs napkins in the dispenser because many times there aren't any. The music is loud and obnoxious. Here is a tip, not every customer is 19 years old. The help- Management needs to fire all of the help and start over. Except for 1 or 2 employees who have since moved on they all need to be retrained or fired. Today's order went sideways, as it usually does. I get same order of coffee all the time yet it is amazing how many different ways the "help" manages to screw it up. Today's coffee order had so much sugar in it I needed an insulin shot afterwards. My favorite part of the visit is that most everytime I place an order I feel like they're doing me a favor. Lucky me! I'm done with this location. In fact the next time I want coffee I'm going to DD in RR and buying a Box of Joe and I'll see how that goes. Good riddence to to this location.

This dunkin is absolutely terrible and im sorry to say it but please do not go there. I went to this location to order a cofee , pulled up to the drive thru and the first thing employee says is “ What can i get you” after I said hello. Very bluntly, sounding absolutely not thrilled. After that, i explained to her what i wanted saying NO WHIPPED CREAM, and i said again after please i dont want any whipped cream because they have messed my order up once before her replying with “i already heard you”. Pull up to the window i wait 5 MINUTES seeing people actively making orders. someone come out then slams the door on my face. Then she comes out SHOVING my drink in my hands. She then asks for the payment putting her hand out. I am absolutely tired of this nonsense and dealing with RUDE employees who seem to hate their job serving me. This dunkin needs to go, they also never have donuts. Not to mention, when they substituted ny donuts for munchkins they were STALE , absolutely tasted horrible.

Waiting in the drive thru for about 10 minutes. After the long period wait, drove to the window to let them know in which they stated that I was never in line since the vehicle behind me somehow was able to give order.
