Dunkin'

DO NOT expect decent customer service from this location! I parked my car in the back after leaving the bank next door. This location is in a plaza where most establishments have a front and rear door for the public. This location is one of those establishments and they even have neon signage in the back but they keep the door locked! So I had to join the drive thru and there were 6 cars ahead of me. I placed my order and waited. When I got to the window to hand them my $20 they said they didn’t have change for a $20 UMMM WHAT? It was 10:30AM after their morning rush and I wasn’t asking to break a large bill. They never said anything at the speaker that they didn’t have change or I wouldn’t have wasted my time. The decent thing to do is to let people know BEFORE THEY ORDER but that wasn’t done. What was worse is that this was their oversight and they didn’t even offer to give me my $2.93 medium coffee for free for the inconvenience and miscommunication. Like I said DO NOT expect decent customer service from this location. I live nearby and will make it a point to never come to this location again.

It's really PITIFUL how we spend our money but receive so little for it. I have not drunk any of it yet. A large beverage. This is with light ice. I can ONLY IMAGINE what no ice would've given me. To be told by the poor little employees abruptly that THE ICE IS ALREADY CALIBRATED IN THE DRINK should be shameful to say to a paying customer, knowing that the drink itself ain't much at all. Truthful that ALL THE DRINKS ARE THE SAME AMOUNT NO MATTER WHAT SIZE. Not just here but at Starbucks, too. The prices do not equal the quantity or quality. These restaurants and retailers need to do better when it comes to CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts was nothing short of a disappointment from start to finish. It pains me to say it, but the experience was simply awful, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth—quite literally. Let's start with the coffee. As a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, I was appalled by the sorry excuse for a brew that was served to me. It was bitter, burnt, and altogether undrinkable. I couldn't help but wonder if they had accidentally mixed up my order with a cup of motor oil. But the coffee was just the beginning of my woes. The bagel bites I ordered were not only cold but still frozen in the center. It was as if they had been hastily thrown into the microwave for a mere five seconds before being handed to me, leaving me with a mouthful of icy disappointment. And don't even get me started on the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich. Not only was it stone cold, but the flavors were completely lackluster. It was as if the bacon had been soaked in a bath of disappointment before being sandwiched between two slices of cardboard—hardly the indulgent treat I had been hoping for. To add insult to injury, the service was equally abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and apathetic, with not so much as a smile or a greeting to be found. It was as if I had walked into a funeral parlor rather than a place of business, and it made me question why I had even bothered to step foot in the establishment in the first place. In conclusion, my experience at Dunkin' Donuts was nothing short of a disaster. From the horrible coffee to the frozen bagel bites and lackluster service, it was a perfect storm of disappointment that left me questioning why I had even bothered to give them my business. Needless to say, I won't be back anytime soon, and I would caution others to proceed with caution if they value their taste buds and their sanity.

I work in parking enforcement and came here to use the restroom most of the properties are in the area I was denied bathroom access if I didn’t buy something first which is crazy I work outside and would be here frequently as I love DD and will need coffee I will make sure not to ever get it from here I already had my coffee and donuts at another location today rude

Easily the worst coffee I’ve ever had. My wife got an iced and I got a hot coffee. They tasted the same- like water straight out of a house fire

Service is horrible. It’s 8am and I am met at the window with an attitude
