The customer service is THE WORST. So RUDE and unprofessional. We have 5 kids and live around the corner- so we have been frequent and enthusiastic customers for years. However, the manager recently SCOLDED me for ordering 5 of the same donut and REFUSED to serve us, saying we were only allowed to order 3 of the same donut. ABSURD.

People at this dunkin location are rude for no reason at all, have no sense of customer service, and lazy. i tried this dunkin because its actually on the way to work instead of out of the way. Ive only been here 3 times and every single time the people taking your order are rude and dismissive. Today I asked for an avocado toast with just avocado and the lady goes, “what do you mean just avocado?”. I said “like with no bacon”. and she goes “well it doesn’t come with the bacon anyways if you don’t ask for bacon you don’t get bacon”. EXACTLY LADY THAT’S WHY I SAID WITH JUST AVOCADO, in other words plain . just rude for no reason

I love Dunkin but this is the WORST Dunkin I have ever visit. The employees are very unprofessional, the coffee is NEVER fresh, they NEVER have any of the things I like. I have to drive to another location because I can’t stand this location and the rude and unprofessional employees.

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. The manager is a joke. Employees dont care at all.
