Que serivcio tan pésimo, la encargada se cree más que todos y parece un simio sin pelo de verdad no pensaba que Dunkin era así tan malo que impresión tan pésima

Very bad service, I do not recommend going to that branch. The people who serve are rude and are not even friendly. When I arrived at the place, I arrived 45 minutes before closing and there was nothing on the counter so I could buy anything that was available. Muy mal servicio, no recomiendo ir a esa sucursal. Las personas que atienden son groseras y ni siquiera amigables. Cuando llegué al lugar, llegué 45 minutos antes del cierre y no había nada en el mostrador para poder comprar cualquier cosa que estuviera disponible.

The food was good and it also didn’t took that long. However the staff didn’t understand me at all, it wasn’t the cleanest AND there was a big wet spot from one of the fridges. Even after me and several others told them there was some water leaking they didn’t done anything about it and just put a sign at the entrance. It was ok but there are better places you can go

Fast customer service, great selection of donuts. A bit different of a drive through but when there is no line it is great

So slow and careless. Had to wait 20min for a simple coffee... and there were no customers! We had to go ask them what are they waiting for, to learn that they "forgot".
