Dunkin'

Coffee was overpriced, the people working kept failing to understand a simple order request for an extra shot of espresso in a signature iced late... I had to go to the window and they almost charged me 18$ to add 4 extra shots.

Very unprofessional,rude,,,no clean, didn't understand the order,,,,this was my last visit there

The guy kinda looking Mexican guy that work at was at a drive thru at 6:44 on March 25th doesn’t need to be there. was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have been coming to this Dunkin like for the past 3 years but not once I had met disrespectful person like him. He doesn’t even know the difference between latte and macchiato. I worked at dunkin when I was in college macchiato has an expresso and a coffee on top of milk. He kept arguing with me it’s 95% milk and only 2 expresso comes in a macchiato. I return my drink not even he gave me all milk , it’s not even made properly. He made regular coffee with milk and gave it to me just to be petty. Not even that he had the audacity to tell me to not come to the store anymore. I won’t come to the store, I don’t want to come to the store but I will for sure report this to Dunkin corporate. Horrible experience

Thanks for the first, I hope to be the last worst Dunkin Donuts service I have ever experienced. I walk into this DD happy and ready for my coffee & donuts just to be told "NO". This my money how someone going to tell me how to spend my money. I order the same thing "EVERY MORNING" and never been lied to. Mind you I am a truck driver and the only reason I was at this location is because I have some business to attend to downtown Atlanta. I go from state to state dealing with dunkin' donuts and never had this issue but because of what I ordered the lady told me no because it's weird so disrespectful. Yes I know my order is different don't tell me how to order or what to order. The lady at the counter find giggles about it but the lady that she called over to assistant her on how to ring up a slice of cheese told her no we are not doing that. I don't want anyone fired but they do need to have some training with customer service at this location that's not how you talk to a customer. I always get a large hot coffee with four caramel and five sugars with two glazed donuts and one slice of cheese on top of each donut and warmed in the oven for 7 seconds. I'm from the country that's just what we like.

The current staff and management is great. They are SO FAST especially in the morning. Even when there is a line at the drive through, there is barely any wait. Whatever system they have is working and they should teach other Dunkins!
