The 5ft Guatemalan girl attitude was so ugly. I think her name is YARIANNA. Didnt even greet us or wanted to take our order. Didn't even smile or tried to be helpful. When we asked for a sandwich she just stayed quiet and said they didn't have croissants- didn't offer to make it in another bread. Then when I asked if she could, she just let out a sigh and said yes. We asked to used the bathroom. Come to find out it was locked. Didn't even bother to give us the code after we asked to use their restroom. She also had the coffee order wrong after she asked 4 times what I wanted in the coffee. It was all watered-down. The other 5'4 Mexican girl attitude wasn't ugly but she just gave us the items wrong. The sandwich wasnt even warmed up and had a whatever manner. I understand one can have a bad day (&& even though you shouldn't bring it to work) some do and take it out on the customers BUT I went to look at the reviews... I'm NOT the first one who's said something about the 5ft person attitude &&& clearly nothing has been done. If she's not happy working there then she should go back to school and get a degree on what she likes bc being 8hr (less or more) in a place she dont enjoy being at, must be miserable

This store is dirty, and the young Latin woman behind the counter has an anti-customer attitude that requires attention from management immediately. She couldn't even be bothered to take a customer order. I had to walk out due to her attitude. PS. The store manager, "Millennium", has not made any changes to the store cleanliness. TODAY me and my husband visited Dunkin' Donuts at this location and had an outstanding experience. The staff "Millennium" incredibly welcoming and provided top-notch customer service. They were friendly, engaging, and even took the time to ask about our visit and return plans. This level of hospitality truly stood out, making our time there enjoyable. Kudos to the Millennium for creating such a welcoming atmosphere! I wish everywhere the Guest service was like this. Good job.
