This place is a great vibe
Okay first time jerk chicken and fried chicken
Try the RastaPasta .. Thank me later! Food took a while, though. My total was about $40+ for just me.
We tried this place looking to try something different from the usual, and were pleasantly surprised! Being half Jamaican I’m super picky about places that claim to make good Jamaican food, but this place definitely didn’t disappoint. We went for happy hour and got cocktails along with the Jerk Sliders and the Bang Shrimp which were all very tasty. The ambiance was super nice and well curated along with an outside patio area with a live DJ playing the best Dancehall (Jamaican) Tunes. We followed that sharing an Oxtail Stew with Rices and Peas (Jamaican term for beans). It was very flavorful, tender and a generous portion perfect for two. It wasn’t the best Jamaican food I’ve tried so that’s why I give it 4 stars, but we will definitely be back!
I was very disappointed. I wanted to experience the vibe there, but from start, it was crazy. I got there around 8:45 Trying to check in for my reservation and that was a hassle. I made a reservation for 9 o’clock for only 2 people and I didn’t get seated until nine thirtyish. then no one came to take my order, but people that came after me was getting orders in. I had to ask multiple times can someone take my order so it was about 10 o’clock. I just left. But overall looks like a nice vibe but the service was not it.
On point… it’s a vibe Parking: Pay, park, walk Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp available
Food was mid and security was at the door for no reason it was a girl loud obnoxious screaming at her phone everyone just kept walking pass like that’s normal I don’t want to hear that at the table I had to go find my waiter she was not attentive at all trash food trash service high price came in happy left annoyed because why do I have to get up and go find my waitress in a empty restaurant the tip is included so she didnt care this was definitely a 1 and done
Cold, overpriced, and mediocre "Jamaican" food that you'll have to wait an hour for while your server gives you an attitude and the bar scams you.
Usually the food is good but last night was nothing short of awful. Curry Goat needed seasoning and the festival was the worst I ever had. The server was nice and the music was good so
It was an amazing experience. The food is well cooked and seasoned. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
