Dukes Old Fashioned Onion Burgers

The burgers are delicious and messy. The meat patties are big and the fries are great. The onions they add on are delicious. People there are friendly and I'd go back to try more.

I had onion skins in my burger and they are still overlooking the meat. Very disappointed. So expensive too.

The strawberry shakes are the best ever !

Good quality ingredients and reasonably attentive staff. I could see how this style of burger is crave-able if you're into smashed and well done beef. If you're looking for a big thick juicy patty on the medium side, this isn't it. Enormous portions, but too salty and a little hard to eat because of the size TBH.

Too much meat;and the burger was sloppy. I wasted $50 dollars, because my family refuse to eat. Onions were burnt, and the lettuce, and pickles were not fresh. Ordered 2 fries, and they were not served individually, just thrown in a white bag. The inside of restaurant needs to be cleaned. Doors, windows, bench, tables and chairs were dirty. Staff was nice; but they need to use caution to their cleanliness of hands, and appearance.

Really good burger big. Shredded lettuce (I like that more than leaf lettuce) good toasted bun, grilled onions were an option an we're done fresh with the burger,pickles even though they were chips they were big and good. In my opinion better than 5 guys, there in LA Mesa off fletcher Pkwy but worth the drive(I'm in north county)work in sorrento valley)enjoy😀😀😀😀p.s. didn't try the fries but the 3 people after me said they were really good.👍👍👍

Wow! These portions are huge and the flavor is amazing. This laid back burger joint has an amazing feel inside the restaurant, great music and the people who run the restaurant are awesome! Thank you Pearlann for helping me this afternoon you have great customer service. The lady on grill whew girl you make the best burgers I've ever had. The owner is great as well thank you for treating this pregnant lady right. Lunch was sooo good!
