These mini donuts were warm delish. Best choice for toppings.. cinnamon! The service was mixed .. The young guy behind the counter was friendly , helpful and polite. but the girl server.. was the opposite..
Staff was very rude. Visited 12-18-23 Monday afternoon like at 5pm . 2 young lady's were too busy conversing that they couldn't attend to the customers waiting on line to be attended. Very unprofessional. Wasn't worth the wait. Overpriced and horrible customerservice. Take business elsewhere ..
Just tried to order. Couldn't because the staff wouldn't look up. After a long wait I asked if we could be served. No answer. I asked again and the girl still wouldn't look up but said "We are fairly busy at this moment". I was the only customer. Didn't get the doughnut because for some reason they wouldn't sell it. There were 3 staff members at the time, around 10min ago. If the owner reads this, I recommend going there because the place is completely mismanaged and goes beyond someone just having a bad day. Except if not selling your doughnuts is your policy. This was at 59th st (Columbus Circle) location.
Terrible customer service and wrong order. What a waste.
Terrible service. I just asked if they were open (Thursday morning) and the girl was super rude about it and asked her coworker why I was asking if they were open or not. I ordered the maple fig doughnut and she just handed me something else they were just making without a care in the world. I was just trying to pick up from breakfast before heading into my shift at the nursing home and did not appreciate my interaction with this business at all.
Well it seems that my experience was completely disregarded given the flippant response to the owner. If you cannot apologize without being condescending then do not bother with a bogus apology. The interaction was rude, plain and simple. You obviously do not care about your patrons. There are several platforms that can warn others not to patronize your establishment. Good day, sir.
